Bad Management

If you have a bad management in business then i suggest you don't do business . Having a good management is a basic thing in business.
In a company if the worker one by one is leaving , this company must be something wrong. I mean like if this company is good , i don't think anyone wanna leave right?

So i been working in this company or rather a retail shop. I only work for a month and i left. In this one month , i been hearing bad stuff of this company instead of good stuff. And i can't say i encounter everything that they said but i really can feel it and i don't know why.

They don't feel thankful about anything we do . They order us around like i mean its okay if you order me around after all I'm working but for the god sake as least say thank you. After all I'm there when you needed someone to work for you .

OT without OT pay? Like wtf , you earning a big money yet you never give OT and expect people to work free for you ?

Something must be wrong with me !!!

Last night , i slept at 2plus am and i woke up at 6:30am ?!?!?!?!?! I will only do this when its on holiday not on a school day !!! I always had a hard time sleeping and i don't understand why.

Friend just called me to wake me up and she sound so sleepy and I'm over here like , I'm already woke up since 6:30am. ):
Somebody save me from this hard time omggggggg ): I guess i will get ready for school then its so early but fuck it ):
