Control your anger before it controls you.

Hello my amazing people ! All of us may have something that make us really angry but we MUST control our anger before it controls us.
Here are some simple steps you would like to try to make yourself relax 
 


  1. Tell yourself "will getting angry change anything?" 
  2. Remind yourself that getting angry is not going to fix anything, that it won't make you feel better (and may actually make you feel worse).
  3. Deep breathing
  4. Smile
  5. CALM DOWN AND RELAX ! :)
