How I Cleared My Skin : My Acne Story from Severe Acne to a Better Skin

I do not have perfect skin/complexion but I still decided to share this because I used to have serious acne problems when I was in secondary. Like really bad!!! 

Back in secondary school , people kept asking me "what happened to your face?!" I felt embarrassed and terrible. And sometimes I cry when I look into the mirror. I even 

Tried to avoid sitting/standing under bright light. *im still having this phobia now*
I tried all sorts of methods to get rid of them. Including squeeze them. But i regretted , NEVER SQUEEZE I REPEAT NEVER SQUEEZE!! Squeezing causes scar which is much more harder to heal which I'm still facing this problem and it take time to fade off.  

Guess i should stop saying how much i get judge and upset in the past ........ 

I tried to find old photos of me so i can show you how bad it is but i can't.  but it was somewhat like the picture below ... 

this is me now without any concealer or foundation... expect eyes and eyebrow makeup. 

So how did i treat them ???
 My friend recommend me to SO'S Clinic! Its not those expensive clinic that almost every blogger intro.

Insomnia

I have problem sleeping. I slept at 7am yesterday and woke up at 11am. I only slept for like 4hrs ? And i went out at 12pm and reached home at 11plus. I'm outside the whole feeling tired but the moment I lie down on my bed I can't sleep . I'm tired and sleepy but I just can't sleep. Omg this feeling suck. 

I don't know what to do. I wanna sleep .....

Note to my ex best friend

Back then , I had this best friend she is like a part of my best friend. She understand me well. Until one day , she stopped talking to me and I had no idea why so I just lose this best friend of mine without knowing any single reason but I don't really care much and just move on with my life. Until just now , I was doing some stalking and I know what's wrong. I know the reason after so long. It's was a mistake + misunderstanding. 

Back then , i hate studies I really hate studying and i dragged my ex best friend down with me make her skip school and all the rubbish with me. But as I grow older , I realize all the bullshit I done back then it all a mistake. I regretted not studying well back then. 

There's so much more misunderstanding between us . 当时不懂事
